Łódź – the fourth quarter of 2010 on the residential market

At the end of 2010 the offer of flats in Łódź comprised over 2,500 new flats, with 35% being completed units.

Having taken into account the number of resignations from already purchased units, the net sale of flats recorded in Łódź in the fourth quarter of 2010 reached over 300 dwellings and had been the highest since the beginning of the bull market. Last quarter all months were characterised by a high rate of sale. The sales results from the fourth quarter of 2010 were over 30% higher that the corresponding rate a year earlier. Generally, in 2010 development companies sold about 1,000 flats net – over 30% more than a year before.
