"Time for Professionals - The Residential Market after 2007”
The biggest series of meetings prepared especially for the real estate market participants, "Time for Professionals – The Residential Market after 2007",
also known as the Road Show, took place from 3 to 7 September 2007 in the five biggest Polish cities – Warsaw (3 September, the Marriott hotel), Kraków
(4 September, the Stary Hotel), Wrocław (5 September, Radisson SAS), Poznań (6 September, Stary Browar) and Gdańsk (7 September, Holiday Inn). The
objective of this conference was to present the current and future market situation to investors, show the areas of the biggest potential of growth and
present to developers the analysis of the changing market situation and the package of novel consulting tools allowing for increasing the competitiveness
in the market, successful struggle for a customer and maximising profit in a stable market.
In this conference, divided into two parts – one prepared for developers and the other for individual investors, we answered to such questions as – how to design and sell flats in the new market situation; what kind of flats it is worth to build – luxurious apartments, popular segment or maybe terraced, semi-detached and detached houses; how to forecast the rate of sale of flats; when if ever we should expect a fall in the price of real estates; where it is worth to invest in the nearest future; if there are any countries which will repeat the success of the Polish real estate market; what kind of flats it is worth to buy; if we should buy speculatively or for a long term; how to create a real estate portfolio. We have also discussed the new proposal of "Investor’s Club Student Scientific Association" (Klub Inwestora) relating to investments in foreign real estates.
