Conference "Residential market – what's next?"

Prognoses of redNet Consulting came true once again.

The conference "Residential market - what’s next?" took place on the 24th September 2009. The changes which occurred on the Warsaw residential market in the last few months as well as a prognosis of the market situation for the coming quarters were presented during this seminar.

A substantial part of the conference was covered with the appearance of Robert Chojnacki - the chairman of redNet Property Group who presented i.a. the results of the newest research conducted by redNet Consulting regarding the selling policies of the Warsaw developers.

The participants of this seminar were also informed about the previous prognoses of redNet Consulting announced in the beginning of 2009. Already in January redNet’s experts pointed out that from the clients’ point of view due to a low level of real prices (mainly because of high discounts granted by developers) and a broad choice of apartments the 1st quarter of 2009 was the best moment for a flat purchase. The situation observed on the residential market confirmed those assumptions - together with an increase in the pace of sale and decreasing number of flats on offer the Warsaw developers became less willing to encourage buyers with significant price discounts.
