Market development prognoses

The analysis department carries out systematic studies into the development of the residential market in the largest cities in Poland. On the basis of these, taking into account the most important factors shaping demand as well as taking into account the investment plans of developers, we prepare opinions presenting projections of the future demand and supply of new properties. We prepare projections about how the level of prices will be shaped and the tempo of sales for the given period (in a breakdown by segment and district). The specific are to be analyzed is fixed each time with the Client.
