Opinion about a project

A decision to start an investment should be based on concrete knowledge. We offer our Clients an opinion containing the most important information and recommendations allowing how best to answer the needs of the market.

The study contains the following elements:

• opinion about the character and the ratio of demand and supply on the local market,
• medium-term prognosis about the situation on the market in the residential segment under analysis,
• analysis of the location with regard to the character of the planned development,
• opinion about the architectural design,
• estimate about the level of competition and a profile of the area surrounding the investment,
• investment SWOT analysis,
• analysis of properties (number of rooms, size) searched for in the neighborhood compared with the supply of these in competing investments. On this basis we will recommend the structure of properties.

On the request of the Client, there is a possibility preparing only one element of the study, such as a recommendation of the structure of properties (size of properties, number of rooms).
