The novelty in the redNet Management payment system is to save clients’ time and money. Property management services ran by the redNet Management company can be paid for with credit card, via the www.platnosci.pl website from the beginning of February. Although everybody can use the newest convenience, it has been created especially for people owning foreign bank accounts. Before, in case of minute amounts, the commission fee for transferring money was nearly as high as the whole clearing.
To close a deal with a credit card, a client first of all should contact the redNet Management team. Then he or she will receive an email with further steps and a document making the payment technically possible. The total procedure should not take longer than two working days.
‘Among the trigger factors for introducing such form of payment, there were a current market situation and a general saving tendency’, explains Iwona Janus, vice-president of the redNet Management’s company board of directors. ‘Our clients mainly had problems with low amounts in foreign currencies, where the bank transfer fee constitutes significant part of the transaction value. The new service in the clearing system will enable our clients to pay for the services without bearing extra costs’, assures the vice-president.
